Gregor Pavel, Master of Laws
I am a Master of Laws with experience in administrative law, misdemeanor law, and legal counseling for companies and individuals.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor in 2021, where I obtained the title of Bachelor of Laws (UN). I completed my postgraduate master’s studies at the European Faculty of Law of the New University, where in 2025 I defended my master’s thesis entitled “Temporary Withdrawal of a Driver’s License and the Termination of Validity of a Driver’s License.”
I developed my legal knowledge in various legal environments. At the administrative unit, I managed procedures in the field of residence and employment of foreigners and participated in decision-making in administrative matters, which allowed me a deep understanding of administrative procedures and legislation.
Experience in the judiciary, where I worked as a legal advisor at the court, further deepened my knowledge in the field of misdemeanor law, particularly regarding issues of temporary withdrawal and termination of the validity of driver’s licenses.
In practice, I have also participated in legal and business consulting for companies and individuals, where I dealt with the preparation and review of contracts, human resources procedures, and the resolution of various legal issues and disputes.
I have further enhanced the mentioned experience by passing the professional exam in administrative procedure as well as the professional exam in leadership and decision-making in misdemeanor proceedings, which further confirms my in-depth knowledge of administrative and misdemeanor procedures.
